AKA How to be interesting to a disinterested audience

We’ll be joined by special guest, Liam Holian, Assistant Head of School at Weaverham High School, for an important lesson on communicating ideas to a cold audience.

We all know that our campaigns have to break through a lot of distractions to connect with our audiences.

As a history teacher, Liam has that same challenge, although for him the feedback is immediate: if you’re not reaching a bunch of 15-year-olds, you know about it fast!

Liam’s going to share with us some insights into how he makes his subject interesting to an audience with no inherent interest in it.

He’ll talk us through the techniques he uses to help the important information stick all the way through to exam time.
