Here are the details for the upcoming chocolate making workshop! 🍫
We’ll be in a marquee (major bake-off vibes 👩🍳👨🍳!) and will be making the following:
- Hear a brief intro to tempering chocolate
- Pipe a chocolate lollipop
- Make and decorate some chocolate neapolitans
- Dip and decorate 5 ingredients
- Taste a variety of chocolate types and flavours including at least 2 speciality chocolates
Logistics
- Please arrive by there by 2pm so we are ready to go
- Long hair to be tied back
- Aprons to be provided
- If anyone has any dietary requirements, please let me know by 12th May and I’ll share a form with you to fill out
- If any participant has a cough/cold etc we will need to let Amanda, who is running the workshop aware so that she can ensure hygiene standards are maintained

We will be parking in the paddock near the marquee, Amanda who is running the workshop has said to therefore avoid any heels or low-slung sports car!
